Visits to your parents in Banja Luka

When you live in Germany, Austria or Switzerland and your parents live in Banja Luka, even the smallest errand becomes a worry. We come at the agreed time, handle what is needed and get back to you with a report.

Moji Kod Kuće is a local representative for diaspora families. We are not a medical service and we do not come every day. We come at the agreed time, handle concrete practical things, and after every visit you know what was done, what it cost and what comes next.

We are based in Laktaši, about twenty minutes from Banja Luka, so we are in Banja Luka every week. Most families who contact us have parents living alone in a flat or a house, while the children are far away and cannot get in a car or on a plane for every small thing.

Where in Banja Luka we come

We come to every part of the city: Centar, Borik, Starčevica, Obilićevo, Lauš, Paprikovac, Nova Varoš, Petrićevac, Rosulje, Mejdan, Lazarevo and the other neighbourhoods. Suburbs such as Zalužani, Ramići or Česma are covered too, and for villages further out we agree the day in advance.

Typical errands in Banja Luka: shopping at the shop or the market, the pharmacy and collecting prescribed medicines, bills, the bank and the post office, booking appointments and accompanying your parent to the health centre (Dom zdravlja) or a doctor, paperwork at the city administration or the pension fund (Fond PIO), and small things around the house such as changing a light bulb or checking the heating before winter.

What a visit looks like

  1. We agree it with you. Before the visit we know what is needed: shopping, the pharmacy, a bill, an appointment, or simply checking that everything is fine at home.
  2. We arrive at the agreed time. Arrival and departure are recorded with a GPS check on our assistant's phone, and you see them in the report.
  3. We do what was agreed. Every purchase comes with a receipt. Anything over 50 KM (about €25) needs your approval first.
  4. You get the report. The coordinator reviews the report, then it arrives in the family portal: what was done, how your parent is, receipts and next steps.

What it costs

The trial visit costs €49 and is not a subscription: an introduction, one agreed visit and a written report. If you continue, the €49 is credited against the first invoice.

Weekly Support costs €199 a month: four visits, one a week. What you pay for: the same person every week, a coordinator-reviewed report, GPS-confirmed arrival and departure, a receipt for every purchase, and everything in one place in the family portal. Packages with 1, 8 or 12 visits a month are available too.

Whatever is bought for your parents (groceries, the pharmacy, bills) is charged separately and always with a receipt. Payment is by invoice and bank transfer.

What we do not do

Who we are

Moji Kod Kuće was started by Stefan and Ivana Ninić from Laktaši. We work under our full names and faces, and Večernji list BiH wrote about us on 4 October 2026.

Everyone who visits your parents has passed an identity and reference check and signed a confidentiality agreement. Before you decide anything, you can call us or message us on WhatsApp: +387 65 243 201.

Frequently asked questions

Do you come to neighbourhoods outside central Banja Luka?

Yes. We come to every neighbourhood and to the suburbs. For villages further out, send us the address and we will tell you which days we can come and whether there is a travel cost.

Can the same person come every week?

Yes, that is the rule. Your parents get a regular person and a backup introduced in advance, so they never open the door to a stranger.

Can you pay bills for my parents?

We pay bills with money you or your parents give us for that purpose, with the payment slip in the report. Banking in your parents' name is done by your parents; we go with them and help with the forms. We do not manage your parents' money.

What if my parent does not want anyone to come?

Then we do not come. The first meeting is an introduction with no obligation. Many parents are reserved at first and relax once they see the same familiar person coming. The decision is still your parent's, and they can withdraw their consent whenever they want.

How much does one visit cost?

The trial visit is €49. In Weekly Support (€199 a month for four visits) one visit comes to about €50, including the report, receipts and the family portal. Purchases are paid separately, with a receipt.

How do I pay from abroad?

By invoice and bank transfer from Germany, Austria, Switzerland or any other country. We agree the price and scope in advance.
